Meet Our Team
Cindy
CERTIFIED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN
Cindy has been living in Central PA since 1974. She graduated from Harcum Junior College in Bryn Mar in 1980 with a degree in Animal Technology and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 1982. Cindy and her husband have two children and several pets that they enjoy spending time with. Gardening, hiking, and crafting also occupy her time.
Julie
CERTIFIED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN
Julie grew up in South Central Pennsylvania. She received her B.S. in Biology from Shippensburg University and her Veterinary Technician degree from Wilson College. She is a licensed Veterinary Technician and has been in the field for over 20 years. In her spare time, Julie enjoys reading, knitting, and taking long walks. She currently lives with her husband, her daughter, and their many pets.
Lori
VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Lori has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years. She attended Wilson College majoring in Veterinary Medical Technology. Lori and her husband, John, live on a farm in Landisburg, where they share their home with Kali the Labrador Retriever. They have 3 children, 3 granddaughters and a grandson. When Lori isn’t spoiling the grand babies she enjoys traveling in their RV, going to the beach, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
Katelyn
VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Katelyn grew up riding along for farm calls and assisting her mom with the farm animal practice. Currently, she is a high school student. Katelyn helps as a Veterinary Assistant at Wags to Whiskers. In her spare time, she likes to hunt with her two bird dogs and competes in sporting clays.
Courtney
VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Courtney grew up in Mt. Holly Springs, PA. She attended Fairmont State University in West Virginia. She has been a veterinary assistant for about 14 years. Courtney lives in Newville with her husband, Christopher, and son, Asher. Currently, she and her family do not have any fur babies but they are hoping to adopt one soon. In her spare time, she likes to fish, go to the family cabin, and read.
Alicia
VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Alicia grew up in Boiling Springs, PA. She has always had a love for animals that started at a young age, always trying to save every stray animal she found. She worked at a boarding kennel through high school and has worked as a veterinary assistant for over 11 years. Alicia has her own pet sitting service, where she provides stop in care and bathroom breaks. While pet owners are on their vacation, their pets have their very own staycation! Alicia lives in Mount Holly Springs with her husband, Jason, and her 2 boys, Ryder and Sawyer. They share their home with two dogs, Stout (a Basset Hound) and Charolette (a Great Dane), and four cats (Faith, who has been with Alicia since her senior year of high school, Bus, River, and Harbor). Alicia loves going on hikes in the woods with her family, making crafts from Pinterest with her Cricut machine, camping in their tiny motorhome, going to the beach and swimming in the summer.
Connie
VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST
Connie has lived in Central Pennsylvania most of her life. She has been a microbiologist at the PA Veterinary Laboratory in Harrisburg for almost 30 years and plans to retire in December 2022. She loves animals and wants to save every stray animal she finds, which is how she has rescued most of her pets throughout her life. Connie and her husband live on a small farm raising pigs and chickens. She enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
Alyssa
VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST
Alyssa grew up on the Jersey shore, but has resided in Shippensburg for the past 4 years. She has worked as a veterinary receptionist for 15 years, and greatly enjoys helping both people and their pets! She lives with her fiancé and 2 daughters. She also has 4 cats-Sake, Sushi, Milo and Mamba and a rescued senior pittie named Lola. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, live music, spending time at the beach, and watching Judge Judy!
